Art is everywhere in New York. And its exciting that it's not just confined to the galleries and museums. Today was the first day we actually ventured inside a museum, but already we've stumbled across many exhibits. Some have been posters mounted to the fence along Bryant Park, inside the foyers of buildings, at the design schools, along the sidewalks with people selling sketches, photos and paintings, and even here, ON the sidewalk outside the Guggenheim. This was one of many quick but poignant (think I spelled that correctly ...) chalk drawings by this 'artist' (well I think they're an artist). I found and photographed about 8 of them. Inspired!
